back pain since child birth.....?ever since my son,s birth,I have this strong pain in my left hip as if my hip joint has misplaced.....It hurts badly if I stand or walk for too long....the pain then spreads to the left leg n lower back.....If I reach for something higher feels like I'm pulling a muscle in my hip.it's been 10 months now........I had an x-ray of hip done which showed normal hip joint. What could be the pain from......could I have pulled a muscle during delivery.......please help

Could be muscle, could be pinched nerve...if they can't find anything in x-ray, try have a c-scan done. I suggest you go to some physical therapy to get it corrected.

possibly or it could just be your body readjusting after pregnancy... have you asked your ob?

it could be your sciatic nerve. i had pinched my nerve before i had my daughter and after i had her i still had pain when i laid off or got up to quickly. my doctor told me to walk as close to a half mile as i could a day. it helps take pressure off the nerve and less the weight all at the same time, with in three months all pain went away.
