Hip pain: Any help with treatment for snapping hip syndrome?

Any help with treatment for snapping hip syndrome?Don't know whether crutches will help or just pain relief?
I am seeing an orthopaedic specialist there is such thing.

Snapping hip syndrome? Who told you had that? Sorry, no such thing. But, anyway.........
Instead of using crutches to keep off the leg that is bothering you, go to the doctor and find out why it is happening. Then take care of the problem instead. You really need to see a doctor.
