Hip pain: I have intermittent pain in my hand?

I have intermittent pain in my hand?Arthritis is killing my hip and my hand. I guess Ibuprophen is good for the hip but is there anything I should do to relieve the pain in my hand?

You can try a topical agent like Ben-Gay (an example only) to see if that helps some of the pain but I would recommend checking with your doctor first before trying it to see what they say.
