I am suffering lower back and hip pain even after surgery and steroid shots?

I am suffering lower back and hip pain even after surgery and steroid shots?Seems when I am doing something such as walking and sitting during the day after a couple of hours I sit down to relax and then sharp pains attack my back and my hip on the right side down my leg muscle, to relieve this pain I begin my leg shaking which can go on for hours until I am so tired from shaking I eventually fall asleep, or if they are severe enough and my husband is handy, I have him hit me continuously hard all over my leg until my brain clicks in that this pain hurts worse than the hip pain and my brain no longer sends the sharp pains to my leg and hip. If my husband is not around I have to hit myself but the weakness in my wrists begins to to really hurt and now I am stuck with more pain then when I started. I have considered using a small mallet but I already give myself enough bruises as it is. My husband is very frustrated, as I am I have had 7 or MRIs and 5 different cat scans, I am now the proud owner of one Titanium rod four screws, two cadaver bones, and one disc replacement, I have arthritis inside my spine that has been rotor rooter ed out. I don't know what else to do I wake up four out of five days with migraine headaches they say comes from the steroids and I shake for at the minimum of two hours each night before I can fall asleep. I'm 56 years old. Spent 18 years of my life doing heavy lifting and running 90 lb jack hammers to raise my three girls. I am ready to give up.

Back pain is very simple, it's pinched muscles there. to get rid of it all you have to do is release the muscles. Anything other than that isn't doing you any good, probably making bad things worse. Even your disc problems are caused by pinched muscles, they pull the vertebrae tighter and unless they are released will cause the disc to rupture or slip or whatever, but only because of pinched muscles in your back. I can give you how to release those muscles but I always have to say to someone who's had surgery there I don't know how well it's going to work for I don't know what they tried to do to you to get rid of pain they didn't get rid of anyway. And for your migraines they are caused by tight muscles in your neck. Yes, the neck, you release those muscles, and it may take an extra time to get them all released, and the pains will be gone. Here's how to release your back and neck muscles:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your head. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. After 45 seconds, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
With your neck in the lowered position, replace your thumbs in under the ears and your fingers behind your head but right next to your skull this time. Press your fingers and thumbs together again and hold. Relax your body while waiting. When the muscles have all released, slowly lift your head until it's level again, release the pressure but hold your head like that for another 30 seconds.
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
