Running Injury?I'm standing up straight, I lift my right knee slowly, and I lower it slowly and i feel tremendous pain near the hip leg joing on the inside and in the middle. what is my injury? does it have anything to do with the 1:20 half marathon i just ran on 4x 20 mile weeks?

I would see a doctor. Its incredibly difficult to tell from a description on line.
could be a pulled muscle, could be a muscle tear, could be a tendon tear. lots of possibilities, but only a doctor can really tell for sure.

To be sure, a doctor will be able to help you determine the exact injury and the treatment you need. Wish I could help more but does not sound like anything fimilar.

If you ran 4x 20 mile weeks you have definitely been over training. Looking at your half-marathon time I wouldn't recommend more than 2 of those runs per month and that's if your training schedule has you at that distance. When you ran your 1/2 marathon I bet you caused the injury to flair up enough to tell you to stop. I would seek medical treatment to see what the injury is. By the way, that's a good time for the 1/2 marathon.

It could be an inflammation of the SI joint (hip joint). I had the same problem not too long ago and there are a few exercises you can do to help it if it is indeed an inflammation of the SI joint. Along with everyones suggestion to see a doctor I suggest that you see a doctor specific to sports related injuries or an Athletic Trainer. Regular doctors are not as knowledgable as a Athletic Trainer or sports doctor would be. Check and see if there is a sports clinic in the local area, they should have someone there who can tell you what is wrong. Based on what you have said in your description line that is my opinion. By the way you are definately over-training for the with 4X 20 miles a week. Cut that in half, it probably hurt you more than it helped. Had you cut that in half earlier you would have run a better half marathon; but a 1:20 is still a good time. Other than a inflammed SI joint I would say it is at least a strained muscle in your hip, possibly gluteous medius. Ice it of course and don't strech it if you think you teared anything.

If you don't see a doctor I would ask a sports trainer. There is one at this site who answers questions like yours.Good luck.
