run and cut cornersI had the same problem ( at a younger age though + im a guy). My mom suggested I do some yoga to lose stomach fat and eat healthier foods. Yoga made me feel better and relieved pain in some of my muscles, but it didnt do much to my stomach fat. My dad told me that I should start running and I did. I ran about 15 minutes and walked (quick pace) about 15 minutes every morning (if you want to lose weight faster, doing it twice again will help). The trick is to run for a minute, then switch to qucik walk. Eat healty foods like vegetables, fruits, a little fish or some meat is fine too.
