Hip ache/pain at 17weeks pregnant?Recently when i walk or lie a certain way theres this ache in one of my hip bones. I'm 17weeks pregnant and know that my hips will widen but pain this early? Is it normal? I do have an appointment on the 10th and will speak to my doc about it, but i'm curious to if any other pregnant women have had this. Thank you : )

The ligaments in your hips are softening and loosening to prepare for when the baby comes, and for some women (especially a first pregnancy), it can hurt. It's normal this early, so you have nothing to worry about.

yeah they sound like round ligament pains I had/have the same thing every once in a while and I'm 18 weeks as long as you are not having severe pains in your abdomen that is accompanied by bleeding then you shouldn't worry (hard I know). Good luck with your baby..

I'm only 7w2d and have been experiencing this for over a week! :( Mind you, this is my 4th pregnancy.
