hip and groin pain, need opinions?

hip and groin pain, need opinions?I have seen many doctors and have had this pain for 10 years. worse lately. Had an xray which showed some minor degeneration but nothing significant. My sacroiliac joint, however, is atrociously bad with osteoarthritis and bone spurs.

However, besides having the sacroiliac pain, the hip and groin pain is quite bad.

I am having an MRI but would like to hear any similar stories.

Just as a side note, I am 34 and had scoliosis surgery many years ago
have done the following-

physical therapy (twice) with swim therapy
Acupuncture
Massage
Joint injections
TENS unit
Lidocaine patches
Pain medications
Antiinflammatories

These symptoms could also be an indication of something going on with the bladder (an example only).

I would recommend a consultation with a bladder specialist if you haven't seen one already to see what they think could be going on.
