Hip injury from running on the treadmill! Hip Bursitis?

Hip injury from running on the treadmill! Hip Bursitis?I think i have an injury called Hip Bursitis, from running on the treadmill. Every time i walk a bone in my hip moves, i can feel it moving when i put my hand on my hip while i walk. I don't think that's supposed to happen.lol My hip really hurt when i walked on friday, but now the pain is much less than before. The website says im supposed to rest until my hip stops hurting, i probably sound stupid for saying this, but i don't want to because im on a routine, running every other day.
Here the website i got the info from: http://orthopedics.about.com/cs/sportsmedicine/a/runninginjury.htm

-Thanks for your help!

I want you to understand me first. A local injection of Depo-Medral is a steroid which aids in healing...it is not a PED and it is not related to the designer steroids or HGH which is a hot topic in the baseball and cycling section.

An injection of corticosteroid medicine directly into the bursa can help that. That could be done by a GP. Try it.
