Hip pain after having a broken foot?

Hip pain after having a broken foot?I broke my foot 2 years ago and was in a walking cast for 2 months. My opposite hip started hurting pretty badly after walking long periods. Has anyone ever felt this after being in a cast? Maybe in your knee? Was there anything that you did to help it?

Hip, back or knee pain after 2 months in a cast is pretty common. The cast changes your walking biomechanics which can cause strain to other areas (hips, knees, back, neck, etc.).

It might be wise to have a thorough evaluation by your family Chiropractor - he/she is an expert in this type of problem.
