Behind hip/buttock pain when no movement....????I am 29yrs. old and I am haveing pain where my hip is on my behind, only on my right side. The same side that I had severe pain in a few months ago. I was told I had sciatica nerve issues. But recently I am haveing a new pain, I won't be moveing and it hurts in one specific place. Kinda like throbbing and then goes away kinda and comes back. I also have a connective tissue disease (Ehlers-Danlos syndrome) It is a defect in my collegin. Please help??

Because of your collagen disease, you are more likely to dislocate your joints. The ligaments holding the joints in place are weaker due to the decrease in collagen. (collagen is elastic)
You could have dislocated it, and now it is sore. If you are able to walk, then it is not at the present time dislocated. Another way to tell if it is dislocated.....lie flat, if one leg is longer (by about four to six inches), then it is dislocated.
