Hip pain: Pain in upper thigh/hip?

Pain in upper thigh/hip?i have a pain in my upper right thigh, towards the hip bone. it feels as though a bone is popping. It hurts especially when im lying down and cant lie on my side without being in a lot of pain. If it is a popping bone, how should i put it back into place? Thanks for any help

Go see a doctor . Unless you know how to pop a bone back into place , you shouldn't try . A doctor will do it easily .
