Why do I have deep hip pain in the same area of both hips mainly at night. I am only 36 and healthy.?I am not sleeping at night the pain is so bad. I get up and walk around, soak in hot bath, get on the heating pad. I began to notice this when I drove long periods. But getting out and walking a bit helped. But now I cant sleep at night. I am too young for this. Sometimes the pain feels like hot sensations and stinging sensation. But overall it is a deep in the bone kind of pain. Any suggestions. I hate to run to the doctor for some aches and pains.

I get that pain all the time, specifically in one side, but it is even more pronounced now that I am pregnant.
I went to a physical therapist, and she said that massage is the best way to help this.
It sounds like your pain might be from sitting more than average. Your body tenses up in certain places. Massage will bring blood to those areas, and help cleanse any impurities that have built up there. Using a tennis ball is good for that area. Apply enough pressure that eventually the area is a little pink.
Otherwise, I would recommend seeing your doc and asking if you can get into some physical therapy...sometimes they just use the TENS machine...it is like a little electrical jolt massager...very tingly...it helps.
You may be developing sciatica...pay attention to how you sit, and sitting evenly on both buttocks, with nothing uneven under you. Men get sciatica a lot because they sit with their wallet in their back pocket...it causes the "sit bones" to sit unevenly, and messes up the entire back, and effects the nerves that go from the lower back to the legs, which gives you that hot, stinging feeling.
I think therapeutic massage would help you immensely. See your doc.
