Hip pain: Right side pain before period?

Right side pain before period?For about 2 or 3 cycles now, I have experience rather more discomfort than pain between my belly button and hip. After I start my period, the discomfort goes away. I am wondering if this is anything abnormal?

it could be possible that you have cysts on ur ovaries. i had the same thing. tell ur dr u want an ultra sound done and you can be sure.

I had that happen a lot (but more at the same location on the backside). It would happen every time and end between a day after my period starts to half a day after it starts. It's probably normal.
