Hip pain: What could be the cause of hip pain in a young women?

What could be the cause of hip pain in a young women?I work two jobs that require me to stand on my feel for 8 or more hours a day. For the past few months, I've noticed pain in both of my hips. Sometimes I experience sharp pain from just one step. Any Ideas?
