Pain near right hip, moves around right abdomen.?Hello!
I've been having off and on pain in my lower right stomach area near my hip. It likes to move around as well. It'll go from around my hip area, to my side, to near my belly button, to up near my ribs and sometimes my back. I have no fever, no nausea, no diarrhea, no vomiting... The pain is usually bearable and at rare times will spark for a second then go back to how it is. It doesn't hurt more or less if I press on it or let go of it. Nor does it hurt more if I cough, sneeze, etc. I have fine bowel movements, I still have my appetite, I just have a weird pain in my right lower area.
My first thought was appendicitis, but it's quick moving and I've none of the symptoms except pain. Any ideas?

you need to inhale and exhale properly for oxygen.
you lack oxygen in your body. usually it is difficult to pull a breath cause it hurts under your breast. so inhale correctly and deeply until you feel your lungs is full of air then exhale slowly do it 5 times. then rest for a while. Do inhale and exhale exercise before and after sleeping. breathing exercise is good for blood circulation and oxygen intake.
also try to have a urine laboratory check up. it might be that your uric acid is above normal
Bless you...
