Infections are painful. Advanced Chlamydia is an infection which can cause any of the following symptoms:

lower abdominal pain, low back pain, nausea, fever, pain during intercourse, or bleeding between menstrual periods

I didn't read your previous question, so I have no idea if it makes sense, but that's why.

When the infection spreads from the cervix to the fallopian tubes (tubes that carry fertilized eggs from the ovaries to the uterus), some women still have no signs or symptoms; others have lower abdominal pain, low back pain, nausea, fever, pain during intercourse, or bleeding between menstrual periods.
This does not mean that you have a chlamydial infection. Only a Doctor can make that diagnosis.

EDIT: You don't need ALL of the signs and symptoms, a combination of any of them should be of concern.
