Pregnant and having slight pain on the right side near my pelvic bone help?I'm 9 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I'm having slight pelvic bone pain on my right side is that normal? Plus occasionally I get a dull pain a little away from the pelvic bone but it never lasts longer than a minute. I haven't been spotting or bleeding so that relieves some of my worries but is it anything serious because this is my first pregnancy so everything worries me lol

Could be round ligament pain which you can get when you start growing and getting bigger.

its probly bcuz ur uterus is stretching a little and stretching uterus means ur ligaments will stretch a little. ur uterus could also be hitting some nerves causing slight pain. dont worry too much about it unless it becomes unbearable or u start spotting or bleeding.

Log onto this site it helped me soooo much when I was pregnant. Babyzone.com or babycenter.com I still go to daily and my son is 9 months. As far as the pain, I think it is proble round ligament pain its the muscle from your uterus to the pelvic bone (If I remember correctly) it stretches and your uterus grows and causes some pain. If you have any questions you really need to call your doctor. I hope the websites help!

I have the same problem. I am 16 weeks along and have been having this issue every since i found out I was pregnant. I noticed it gets worse while laying down and switching positions and I really feel it at night when I am sleeping and when i wake up in the morning. It is in my lower right just like yours. I never had this happen to me during my first pregnancy. I asked my doctor about it and he did identify it as round ligament pain. It is pain from your stomach growing and ligaments stretching. it is normal and nothing to be concerned about. I would recommend that you talk to you doctor about it just for reassurance and also look it up on the web.
