right leg and hip pain when sitting then standing up?had this pain for over three months starts from lower right buttocks then shooting down hip and leg went to doctors and they gave me medication and still in pain did xray came back ok im thinking it might be a pinched nerve i also drive truck not sure if its my truck seat????
