29 weeks pregnant..hip pain?am 29 weeks pregnant. I can't sleep at night due to pain in my hips and now my back. I start out sleeping on my left side and then my hips starts hurting after while so I have to switch to my right. By the end of the night my hips are on fire and my back is really achy.
So, should I see a chiropractor about this? Or would a physical therapist be better? Are there exercises I can do at home?
Thanks for your help.

This pain could be as a result of the round ligament being stretched (a ligament that connects to the uterus) as the baby grows.
A physical therapist would be a better place to go for consultation on this pain but I would first recommend getting in touch with your OB/GYN or Midwife to let them know what's going on so that they can evaluate the situation further.
