Am I pushing myself too hard during my pregnancy?

Am I pushing myself too hard during my pregnancy?I'm 26 weeks pregnant, and I also have a 14 month old daughter. She has been sick with a cold and ear infection lately, so she's been extremely crabby and doesn't want me to put her down for very long.
Yesterday we went to the mall to pay some credit cards and do a bit of shopping, and we had her in the stroller. There were some moments were she wanted out for me to hold her, but not that much. My hip started to hurt, but I didn't think anything of it due to having a bad knee and hip normally. Soon I felt pain in my lower 'baby bump' and mentioned it to my husband. He said we should head home then and we did. We got home, and my daughter wouldn't go to sleep, and wouldn't let me out of her sight. I tried a few times to walk away and let her cry but I knew she didn't feel well, and I'm a bit of a pushover, so I picked her up and walked around with her. My husband had an extremely bad headache at the time so he went to bed early. Over time, my hip and knee hurt so bad that my leg was going numb, my lower back hurt, I felt dizzy and sick, but what can I do? I can't just neglect my daughter while she's feeling sick and miserable. My husband works most of the day, and doesn't get home until later in the afternoon (5pm or later) I'm just stuck on what to do. I feel like I'm pushing myself too hard, but there's nothing I can do. I don't have a babysitter or anyone to rely on. My grandmother watches her once in a while, but she works a lot too.
Help?

Who am I?
You don't need to carry your child to comfort her. You could have just as easily laid in bed *with* her and it would not only benefit her but you as well. If you continue to martyr yourself when you have 2 children you are going to drive yourself to the breaking point.
