Anyone have hip pain where you can't lay on your sides when sleeping? Low back pain? Pain in legs?

See your health care provider as soon as possible. For poorly understood reasons, pain in the hip is often felt down the leg, often at or just above the knee. This is called referred pain. Nonreferred hip pain may be felt in the groin or the upper outer thigh. Pain that starts in the low back is often felt in the hip region. Because the hip joint is so deeply located, it can often be difficult to identify the exact source of pain.
Listen for the pain message and try to avoid activities that aggravate your hip. You should avoid pain medication as much as possible. Rest the joint after painful activities. Make sure you are taking anti-inflammatory medication as prescribed, especially if you have rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis.
If pain persists after six weeks, see the doctor.
I hope this helps you. And good luck.
