Anyone know how to relieve pelvic pain at night during the last few weeks of pregnancy?I feel like my pelvic bone is going to break in half when I get up to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Any advice in relieving that pain?

I slept with a pillow between my legs and I bought a memory foam mattress for my bed. I had the same problem and it worked beautifully.

Pillows might help or try getting your husbands calf under the small of the back for a few minutes before you stand up.
Don't just jump up. Stretch arms up and pull up the shoulders a little to warm up the back muscles.
Hang on girl, just a little longer.
Hope all goes well.

I asked my doctor the same question and he laughed at me. :(
I have a pillow that I put between my legs. Also, it seems easier when i don't drink or eat as much before bed. I am so sick of hearing take Tylenol... that is my doctors answer to everything. I also have a heat pack that (if I am not in too much of a rush) I put in that area for a minute or two before I stand up. Good luck! If you find something that works better, let me know! : )

If you haven't already, try putting a pillow between your knees. It might help, but probably won't make it go away completely. I am 29 weeks, and found out if I sleep with my legs straight, it helps my hips? don't know why, but it does. Also if I get up and walk around the house for a few minutes in the night, my hips feel better for a little while after I lay down again. Not necessarily ideal if you want a full nights sleep, but I am sure you are getting up to pee anyway. I know I am!
Good Luck! I know how miserable it is...
