Could I have endometriosis, Ovarian Cancer...??? Please HELP!!?Basics: 24 yrs old, no kids, in a serious relationship for 3 years.
I was on the pill for 2 and half years, off in Sept. until started on the NuvaRing in beginning of December. Since May I have had a "normal" period every other month. I have severe to moderate abdominal pain (most intense on left side, but tender everywhere) all the time.
I was preschool teacher (loved what I did), but had to quit b/c I was on Darvocet all the time. I had to take it just to sit on the floor with the kiddos, not to mention dancing with them... : (
Other symptoms: constipation/diarrhea, pain worse around ovulation/menses, fatigue, dizziness/vertigo, burning pain (only around period) and urgency with urination, urgency with bowel movements, mood swings, painful sex (pressure w/ deep penetration), back pain (it kills me to have to bend over), left hip pain (sharp), hot flashes, nausea, I can only eat when I'm hungry and fill up very easily,I feel like I am in a 40 years old's body!!! I'm only 24!!!
I have been to my gynecologist and a colon specialist. I've had X-rays with and without contrast, CT scans, lots of blood work, STD testing, normal Pap Smear tests. Everything has come back normal. My insides, to quote my doctors look "remarkable". My gyno thought it was endometriosis, so she performed an exploratory laparoscopy last Friday, BUT she did not find a single thing!!! (That is the only way to truly diagnose endo.) I do have my post-op appointment with her tomorrow afternoon, but I want others opinions, too.
I am scared!! Trying to do my own research to prepare myself and be very informed. I have a job interview tomorrow morning and I'm scared I will not physically make it. The thought of leaving the house, much less Driving scares me! I have to be on pain killers to move right now (I'm around period), I can't have an interview! But I need a job to pay for these medical bills.
PLEASE HELP ME!! I am desperate for answers and scared of what my doctor might say.

if you had endometiosis you also might have extended periods, when I was diagnosed with it they also found a tumor the size of a football on my uterus. I'm sure your gyno. would tell you that .sadly I had to have a complete hysterectomy if your gyno suggest that seek a second or even a third opinion before you do anything serious I was 27 with a 5 year old and wanted more children and i never got to have my baby girl .I bled 9 out of 11 weeks before they found out what was wrong with me so take your time

Pain pills can often cause constipation,dizziness, fatigue PMS can cause urgent bowel movements, fatigue.
I think if you had anything to be concerned with she would have told you after your procedure.
Have you had a colonoscopy? Have you had your thyroid checked. How about your hormone levels? These could all be causing your symptoms.
