Hip pain during pregnancy?PLEASE ONLY ANSWER IF YOU'VE DEALT WITH THIS
I'm 27 weeks with second little girl. I don't remember having this pain with my first. It hurts to stand up and walk around, it's also really hard to pick up my 22 month old. Have any of you dealt with this?
I also have a lot of pain in my lower back. If you have dealt with this what did you do to relieve the pain? I have 13 weeks left and with this much pain I don't know how I'll be able to do it. Thanks any info is appreciated.

I've had very bad hip pain ever since I've had my son and its gotten worse as he's gotten heavier. I just thought maybe he was too heavy for me. I did some reading and found if its with back pain it could have something to do with your spine so maybe have your Dr. look at it? I know mine hurts very bad at times so I wish you the best of luck and Congrats on your second.

I have a spinal problem and my doctor gave me Vicodin for the pain. Needless to say I haven't taken it even once because I don't want my baby to have those drugs in her system for 20 weeks [20 weeks when I found out] Your doctor will probably suggest Tylenol, if it's severe he'll probably prescribe something stronger for you or physical therapy.

Hip pain is so common... your hips may be widening more this time around (lovely, I know) I had a ton of hip pain and I would sleep with one of those big body pillows between my legs and that alleviated almost all of it while sleeping. It does start to wear off thankfully. You can always take a warm bath. That always helped me too. Hang in there and congrats!!
