hip and knee pain after walking?Usually when i walk for more than 20-30 minutes i start experiencing pain in my right hip. I've noticed that my hip sticks out more on my right side. The knee discomfort feels similar to growing pains- in fact that's what i thought it was, but it only occurs in my right knee- and tends to happen when i'm in bed. I walk with my right foot slightly turned out. It also feels like my right leg might be longer. This has been a problem for a couple of years now, but the pain is usually mild, but lately it's been sharper and harder to ignore. As i was researching i came across "slipped capital femoral epiphysis", could that be a possibility?
I work out 4-5 times a week lifting weights, walking, and cardio on a stationary bike.

Have your back checked out. Herniated discs in the lower back tend to cause hip and knee pain.
