Leg & hip pain in pregnancy?I'm 18 weeks pregnant and for the past couple weeks my right hip & leg have been hurting. It's a pain, but not so painful that it puts me out. It's really annoying and very uncomfortable. Also my lower back has been hurting, not like an ache, but like actual discomfort, and it pops a lot when I walk. Just wondering if it's normal or something to be concerned about. I'm going to bring it up to my doctor at my next appointment.

As your pregnancy progresses you will experience lots of different sensations. Your bones will move and reposition themselves to make room for your baby. Very normal, uncomfortable at times, but normal.

It could be a couple of things: round ligament pain, sciatic nerve pain or something else. It can't hurt to call the doctor and just ask about it, they really don't mind questions.

Im 27 weeks pregnant and I have started to notice hip pain too , I find it sets it after I have been on my feet for a long period of time!
Especially walking around malls lately doing my Christmas shopping!
As far as I can tell its just your body getting used to the weight of the baby!
If you think its bad now - give it another 9-10 weeks when you are as far along as I am...you will really notice it then if you are already bothered by it now!
