Hip pain: postpartum period time pain but no period???

postpartum period time pain but no period???i had my daughter 7 weeks ago and i stopped bleeding a t 4 weeks ,i have had period type cramping and lower back ache n hips since birth it hasnt stopped! i thought it was to do with the labour n then have been expecting my period tocome but theres been nothing??? please answer as i am clueless , many thanks in advance xxx

dont worry- my daughter is 9 weeks old and I'm just now getting my first period- I think its different for every woman
