i need to know about my back and hip pain ?well i have now been having pain in my lower back and hips for 10 years now it has been made worse from having kids now i am getting numbness in my hands and tingling in my legs numbness on my right side of my lower spine since all the numbness and tingling started about 2 years ago i had an xray of my lower spine and hips and a couple of my verabreas are fused on the right side and also fused to my hip ... i am asking if that could be the cause of the pain and numbness and tingling and what could cause it ..and if not what could cause it ?

You could have a slipped disk. My father had one a couple years ago and had surgery and he was fine. There are a number of tests to diagnose whether that is what you have or not. But I would ask about it. Until then, try to take warm baths and stretch right before you get out of bed in the morning.

If you are having numbness in your hand - That most likely is your neck not your lower back. But, the other pains sound like the lower back.
You said "i had an X-RAY of my lower spine and hips and a couple of my vertebra's are fused on the right side and also fused to my hip" Did a Doctor say that to you? And an x-ray is hard to determined what you have - Try an M,R.I.
