Is this normal for a teenage girl?

Is this normal for a teenage girl?I know this is gross, but a while back I started to pee blood, when I was OFF my period. I didn't think anything of it because I thought maybe it was normal for girls, but now it's become more frequent and i'm starting to get these pains in my lower back and sides of my hips and lower stomach... Oh and also sometimes like the middle of my chest. It hurts pretty bad, but the pains only last about an hour and go away when I lay down for a while. I don't know if the pains have anything to do with this, but does this sound normal to anybody? I'm scared... Oh yea and I'm 17, and a girl... if that helps.

Could be a UTI, go to a doctor.

a uti is generally painful when u wee. there could be blood in your urine which generally requires a small operation. it could be a kidney infection or any number of things. i suggest you tell your mom and see a doctor. dont play with your health

No, that is not normal. You need to go to the doctor.
