pain in hips?Im 34wks pregnant and in agony at night with pain in my hips i can only lie for about 10 mins on either side so obviously not getting much sleep any suggestions please?

Have you considered prenatal yoga? Please check with your doctor before trying anything in the videos I linked, but that might help with this issue. Good luck and congrats on your pregnancy!

When you are pregnant your body prepares for the birth by making your connective tissue (like the stuff that keeps your hip bones in place) more flexible.
Get a reference from another WOMAN for a chiropractor. (sorry guys, this is no sports injury) When your body is this "flexible" it is easy to become out of of alignment, resulting in all manner of pain.
