pain lower lumbar goes to hip down to knee MRI shows nothing?Lower lumbar problem affects the hip and pain down to the knee, when I sit down or stand for right around 30 to 40 min almost feels like a pinched nerve, driving for a distance maybe 20 min it feels the worse, and when I get out my hip seems stiff and as I start to walk it gets loose again. MRI shows little to nothing.

See if they can do your mri with you sitting up.. It may show things differently with you in a different position.. I heard this on tv somewhere.. so find out if they can really do it with you in a sitting or upright position..
