Sharp pain in hip after running? Can't walk; physiotherapy? X-Ray?

Sharp pain in hip after running? Can't walk; physiotherapy? X-Ray?I'm 15 & Started track at school. I've been going to daily practice after school for a month. Yesturday we had to run 300m intervols & I was really tired.
I could walk normaly after but then started noticing pain in my left hip, it wasn't sharp, so I let it be.
This morning I had to run a beep test in gym, when I finished, I walked around a bit. I stopped walking & rested for a few minutes, but when I tried to take a step, there was a sharp pain in my hip and I can't walk at all. It doesn't hurt when I sit down, only when I try to put weight on it.
Do you know what it could be & what I should do ?

I'm going for my first physiotherapy session later today & I don't know what do expect.
Will they ask me to remove my pants & be in underwear? Or can I stay in track pants.

If I go for an xray, do I have to wear a hospital gown or regular clothes (with no metal of course)

Have you seen a doctor? Normally, you need to see a doctor first in order to get a script for physical therapy and to see if therapy is your best option. If you don't know exactly what is wrong how can you fix it? There are many things that could be wrong for example a sprain, stress fracture, tear, etc.. You'll remain fully clothed for physical therapy. I'd wear some sort of gym clothes. If you get an xray you should be able to keep your regular clothes on provided nothing gets in the way. Otherwise they could give you a gown or paper exam shorts. It really depends on where you go.
