I'm having lower back pain on my right side, The pain is going to the front of my hip too.?

I'm having lower back pain on my right side, The pain is going to the front of my hip too.?After I had my son, a year ago I had this terrible lower back pain. It went away after a few months.
But I woke up yesterday morning and it was hurting again, It feels like it's hurting all the way through me, straight into my front. Does that make sense?

It's mainly on my right side, But it hurts a little everywhere else on my back. Any idea what it could be?

I'm only 14 but my lower back is really hurting and I can also feel it throught my hip. I went to my nurse and she said it was probably just my period???

I think you have Renal or ureteric calculi(kidney or ureteric stone).
calculus pain usually starts i in the back and it travels to front and all the way to urethra(follows urinary path).pain can also be there in labia or inside of the thigh area.
