had this not too long ago, turns out i have a cyst on my ovary. i would just go to your doctor to make sure its not something serious. most of them go away on their own.

Pinched muscles in your back have been known to give pains like that. When pinched the muscles press on the nerves leaving the spine that go to the other organs and that pressure causes them to go into pain. When it's the one for your stomach it allows more acid to be pumped into your stomach so it becomes very sore after a while. Once you release the muscles in your back the pains should be gone. Here's how to release them:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

It could be Appendicitis. Most people with appendicitis have classic symptoms that a doctor can easily identify. The main symptom of appendicitis is abdominal pain.

The abdominal pain usually:
occurs suddenly, often causing a person to wake up at night
occurs before other symptoms
begins near the belly button and then moves lower and to the right
is new and unlike any pain felt before
gets worse in a matter of hours
gets worse when moving around, taking deep breaths, coughing, or sneezing

Other symptoms of appendicitis may include:
loss of appetite
nausea
vomiting
constipation or diarrhea
inability to pass gas
a low-grade fever that follows other symptoms
abdominal swelling
the feeling that passing stool will relieve discomfort

Symptoms vary and can mimic other sources of abdominal pain, including:
intestinal obstruction
inflammatory bowel disease
pelvic inflammatory disease and other gynecological disorders
intestinal adhesions
constipation

If the pain escalates, you should go to the Emergency Room of the closest hospital.
