It's actually your lower back causing your hip to hurt causing it to radiate to your thigh. I have the same problem. I hate doctors and hate medicine so i deal with it. I think a chiropractor could do you and me some good.

You have asked a very open questions. There are about a million answers to it. You could have restless leg syndrome, you could have ovarian cysts, you could have pinched nerves, you could have...... there are a million things going on. Are you close to your monthly? Would love more information.
