What is the sharp pain in my hip ?For the last 24 hours I've had this pain on the right side of my hip. Its under my hip bone and whenever I try to walk, move, twist or turn .. it hurts. Its gotten so bad, to the point where I am limping where ever I go. I don't know what it is and it's most definitely not a cramp. Cramps don't feel like a knife that's positioned under the hip bone that stabs me when ever I move. I've also tried taking a Tylenol .. and it's not working.
