Why does the outside of my hip always hurts after my soccer practice?After practice when i take off my cleats or shingaurds the outside of my hip kills and mean the muscle, i think the muscle is called the adductors. during practice i have no pain but after is when it really hurts.

The same thing happens to me with running sometimes. Chances are, you have large legs, and the pressure you put on them hurts the muscle. There are some good stretches you can do to help this. Also, ICE!

Sounds like your IT Band. It's a muscle that stretches from your hip to your knee so its not uncommon to feel pain in both places. It's very easy for the muscle to slip back and forth over the hip and the outside of the knee which causes terrible pain and aching. There are alot of IT Band stretches you can do if you google it. They would be way too complicated for me to attempt to explain in words without visuals.
