Please Help! Easy 10! Sharp pain on lower left abdomen and hip area after exercising?


Please Help! Easy 10! Sharp pain on lower left abdomen and hip area after exercising?I started to bike for 30 minutes (everyday), last week and I still do.
Yesterday, I started running again for 10-20minutes after biking. (Really running or fast jogging)
I used to run quite alot last year but stopped exercising for around 3 months because of injuries.

Also, I have a terrible eating and sleeping disorder wherein I only eat twice or sometimes even once then only around around 5 hours of sleep at most a day. It stopped for a month but It returned and coincidentally, I'm healed and I exercise.

There's a sharp pain on lower left abdomen and hip area after exercising until now.
Usually when I stop then start my ribs area would be sore for 2 days but now it lasted a day then was replaced with the sharp pain.

What's wrong?
Please help!
I'm turning 17 if that helps.
I've been dizzy too but its most probably caused by the blood loss when I got a wound.

It sounds like you have pinched muscles in your back and that is causing the pains in the side. Pinched muscles can create other pains by pressing on the nerves when they leave the back. Your being dizzy tells me you have tight muscles in your neck as well. Here is how to release the muscles in your back and neck as well:
Neck
Invert your hands and put them next to your head placing your thumbs in under your ears and your fingers behind your head. Squeeze together and hold until the muscles release. Then slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended, release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds.
With your neck in the bent position, replace your thumbs in under the ears and your fingers behind your neck but right next to your skull this time. Press your fingers and thumbs together again and hold. Relax your body while waiting. When the muscles have all released, slowly lift your head until it's level again, release the pressure but hold your head like that for another 30 seconds.
Back:
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but remain there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
