25 weeks 2 days pregnant really sore hips?I have noticed for about 4 days now that my hips are sooo sore. No matter what I do they hurt. I know this is common but I didn't think it started til the last month or so well thats when it started with my first pregnancy. Why would they be hurting so bad already? Thanks.

Throughout your whole pregnancy, you will get aches and pains everywhere. Sore hips don't just happen at the end of your pregnancy. And truthfully, you may get aches and pains in the lower back and sometimes in the legs.

I have never had this symptom in past pregnancies, but this time mine are killing me. I have been close to tears from trying to walk, but they even hurt while laying down. Try a fitness ball to sit on and kind of roll around on it. I love mine, it helps a lot.
