Does anyone else have hip pain when sleeping?I'm 29w3d with twins. I usually wake up every 2 or 3 hours to go to the bathroom and I've noticed the past few nights that whatever side I sleep on, my hip on that side hurts. I usually start out on my left side and when I wake up my left hip is hurting so when I go back to bed, I lay on my right side. Then when I wake up again, that hip is hurting. Most days, when I get out of bed, the paid goes away after a few minutes of moving around, but today its lingering in both hips. Does anyone know what this is? Is there anything I can do to help the pain?

I had this during both my pregnacies. Very uncomfortable. I think it is just the pressure from the babies. I use to put a pillow between my legs, and sleep on my side with them pulled up to my chest.......it helped a bit.
I hope you find something to make you more comfortable.

I suggest a pillow between your legs also. Don't worry, you are almost there. Congrats!!! I hope all goes well.
John Michael will have 2 Sisters
I am dealing with the same issues and I am only 21w4d with twins. I bought a body pillow to place between my legs and it has helped tremendously.
