Left side hip and abdomen dull pain what is this from>?

Left side hip and abdomen dull pain what is this from>?Ok im 21 female..... today I have been experiencing a dull ache in my left hip and stomach right beside the left hip its a constant dull ache not so much painfull but noticeable...... what could this be causing this? its most noticeable when im walker or if i lift something heavy. Also when I first started noticing this I felt with my fingers i pushed into my stomach on the side by my hip where it was aching and i am almost certain i felt a knot there and felt of the right side and didnt feel one.......

You could have either a hernia or perhaps an ovarian cyst? I would recommend going to your GP and get him to send you for x-rays or an ultrasound.

if its below ur stomach a little it could just be something thing with your ovaries, i had something like that but on the other side, it went away after a little bit but hurt alot,

i recomend going to ur docter or whatever
