Tips about Hip stretches & Exercises? Please! x?Lately my hips have been a bit dodgy while im dancing, so i was wondering if anyone knew any Hip Flex stretches and Exercises to strengthen them?

I know a lot of them, but explaining them to you would take a very long time and i'm not even sure you'd understand my complete explanations lol so i say go to youtube because visually it will inform you the most.

ok, this might work, or it might not.
some stretching exercisesfor hips are:
for the back and hips: keep your feet joined and bend down until your nose touches your knees, your back has to be completely straight for it to work.
for the legs and hips: lay down on the floor. bring your leg as far up in front of you as you can without your hips detaching from the ground. do the same to the right side, your leg will lift off because your bum occupies space. this only works if you hips stay to the ground.
for the legs and hips: put one leg on the bar and bend your other knee. keep bending and stretching...this stabilizes the hips!! if yuo want you can also bend down towards the leg on the bar, keeping the other leg straight, for a good back and leg stretching. do the same thing with your other leg.
A tip for when you're dancing: to stabilize your hips...sqeeze your bum!
