Get one of those big red or blue fitness balls at your local exercise equipment store and sit on it for at least half an hour a day.

Number of suggestions.Buy new sneakers and put gel inserts in them to reduce shock.Warm up with a little walk and stretch before you go out.Take glucosamine sulfate as a supplement. It's been clinically proven to repair connective tissue.I know it's brief but it may be all that you need,The glucosamine works.I've used it for years.I dislocated my left shoulder many times in full contact karate. It never bothers me anymore.

You can buy better shoes. Nike shocks made my back pain go away.

Change your running shoes and inserts. The wrong foot support can cause back problems. Try doing stretching exercises before and after you run to keep your muscles from tightening up and cramping. You can take a little Advil or Tylenol if you really need it. How about going and getting a massage or going to a chiropractor?
