Would a high arches contribute to ankle, knee and hip problems for a runner?

Would a high arches contribute to ankle, knee and hip problems for a runner?I have high arches on both of my feet. However, when I run I only experience pain in my right ankle and occasionally in my knee and hip. Lately, it has only been the ankle. I do notice when I run, my right foot tends to land on the inside of my foot instead of square on the heel. (I run about 20-30 miles per week) Why would only my right foot does this if I have high arches on both my feet? Do you think there might be something else causing this ankle pain?
