Ok I know that child birth is painful but no one really says where the actual pain is. Is it in your back, hip?Is it in your back, hip, tummy vagina? Which body part hurts the most?

I've been wondering this too. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and haven't gotten a straight answer.
My mom said that different women feel it different places. Usually in your lower back and in pelvic area, and she said it feels like period cramps just multiplied!

Your uterus will be the most painful. (This can get worse after each child) the rest will depend on the person and the delivery. You are pretty sore all over!

Honey it hurts everywhere!!! Places you didn't even know you had will hurt! But as soon as you hear that baby cry the pain is gone and it was worth every last little bit of it to hold that precious child in your arms!
