Why does the inner part of my upper thigh hurt from falling on my hip? What did I hurt?i fell at figure skating practice on my hip really hard, and i got up and i felt a sharp pain between my groin and my upper inner thigh. What did i hurt? and how long should i take off for sports? i can barely walk, but cannot run, it hurts too much.

I can't tell you exactly what it is 'cuz I'm not a doctor, but I can tell you NOT to skate until you are COMPLETELY healed. Don't go back on the ice until you don't have any more pain, because skating injuries tend to get progressively worse if they're not taken care of correctly. Rest, ice, see a doctor if it doesn't go away in a few days
