it could be lots of things but you should never play around when it comes to your reproductive system. esp if you want to have kids in the future. you could have a cyst or a condition called endometriosis. call your dr

could be TONS of things. I have PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome) and have confused cyst pain with swollen abdominal lymph nodes. Abdominal pain is an amazingly tricky symptom to track down.
Could be either of those, it could be so many other things as well like uterine polyps. Because your spotting I would guess that polyps are a likely cause. Google it and its symptoms (sometimes it can be caused by birth controls) You should talk to your doctor especially if begins interfering with your daily activities.
